Natural Breasts

Whether they admit it or not, a huge proportion of women do not like the appearance of their breasts. The media, from TV to magazines, all make us believe that huge perky breasts with small pinkish nipple and areola are the most ideal pairs to own. But reality bites. And even if some are endowed with big natural breasts, there are others who simply have to make-believe they do too.

The natural breasts of females come in various shapes and sizes. There are small natural breasts, normal breasts, large natural breasts, sagging breasts, and asymmetrical breasts. Each breast also comes with different nipple and areola sizes.

While some women may raise their eyebrows over the possibility of having asymmetrical breasts, these are in truth, very common types of breasts. Asymmetrical breasts mean that the two breasts vary in size, although the difference is only very minor to have any effect on the overall appearance of both breasts.

A lot of women never get to see how normal natural breasts actually look like. Since the media has hyped up huge natural breasts, they think that these are the ones they should have. Thus, more and more women have and are undergoing breast augmentation procedures to achieve what society has set as the ideal breast appearance.

Small natural breasts are common. In fact, according to studies, around 60% of women have A or B bra cup sizes. But flat chest is possible as well. Women whose natural breasts look a lot like men’s often face self-confidence issues. But those born with “too much of a good thing” have their own problems as well. They may have the breast size that most others would give an arm for, but there are health conditions that may prevent them from being all too happy with their breasts. Chronic neck and back pain can result from having huge natural breasts that is breast reduction is made available. But sizes are never constant as factors such as menstrual cycle, pregnancy and breast feeding influence their changes.

Young female adolescents may enjoy their breasts’ perky look. However, the breasts that have gone through several changes like pregnancy may assume a sagging or hanging appearance. This is a perfectly normal and inevitable process, although the mere thought of it scares every member of the female population. This may happen to at some point in every woman’s life, but not very likely to those with very small breasts. Sagging of one’s natural breasts takes place during breast involution, or the process where the milk-producing element of the breast starts to shrink after weaning, absence of breast feeding after giving birth, or at the onset of menopause. The breasts can also start to droop at any time because they have breast tissue and ligaments, instead of muscles. Thus, if a woman loses weight, she can expect her breasts to droop as well.

Women who love to have large natural breasts to the point of undergoing breast enhancement should keep in mind that the larger the breasts, the more likely they are to sag. But if you really want to augment whatever little you have, remember that they don’t always appear as pleasing to the eyes forever.

There may be procedures to “correct” breast sagging. However, these do not entirely work to eliminate the problem. If you want to make your natural breasts look appealing despite the sag, ensure that you practice proper nutrition. Take vitamin C as it is known to be important in collagen synthesis. Vitamin E and certain others are said to help make skin glow and stay in tip top shape.

Men may insist on huge perky breasts till their graves. But no woman is really spared from the usual worries of sagging. So, let men insist all they want. After all, breasts have a more meaningful purpose than aesthetics.
